This keynote is why the change of sales behaviour is necessary to be looked upon as honest. Over the last decades, the story about sales people has been that they are lying and will do anything to get a signed contract.
With Inbound as a part of the process, where we help and share, the behaviour of sales need to change as well. That is what I will address in this keynote
